Job Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing courteous and professional assistance to customers via phone, email, and chat channels. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries regarding prescriptions, insurance coverage, product information, and general healthcare-related questions.
- Processing orders, refill requests, and medication transfers accurately and efficiently.

Requirements
