Job Description

As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you will be the front-line of our customer experience, providing innovative and customer-obsessed service through phone, chat, and email. You will be responsible for:

  • Resolving customer and candidate issues: Use your excellent interpersonal communication skills to resolve issues via phone, email, and chat, and provide a positive and encouraging experience for our customers and candidates.
  • Completing projects assigned by the support manager: Work collaboratively with our support team to complete projects and achieve our goals.
  • Identifying, researching, and resolving customer issues: Use your problem-solving skills to identify and resolve customer issues using our platform, and provide recommendations for process improvements.
  • Following up on customer inquiries: Ensure that all customer inquiries are addressed promptly and efficiently, and provide a positive experience for our customers and candidates.
  • Completing call logs and reports: Accurately record and report all customer interactions, and provide insights and recommendations for process improvements.
  • Recognizing, documenting, and alerting leadership of trends and issues: Identify and communicate trends and issues in customer calls, and provide recommendations for process improvements.
  • Being an expert in the arenaflex platform: Develop a deep understanding of our platform and its features, and use this knowledge to provide exceptional customer service and support.
  • Delighting each of your contacts: Provide a positive and encouraging experience for all customers and candidates, and strive to exceed their expectations.

Qualifications

* Excellent interpersonal communication skills: Use your communication skills to build strong relationships with our customers and candidates, and provide a positive and encouraging experience.

  • Positive attitude and drive to always be improving: Be passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, and strive to continuously improve your skills and knowledge.
  • Expert reading and writing skills: Accurately record and report all customer interactions, and provide clear and concise communication.
  • Proficient with technology: Use your technical skills to troubleshoot issues and navigate multiple systems, and provide a positive experience for our customers and candidates.
  • 2+ years experience in a customer service role: Develop your skills and experience in a dynamic, supportive environment, and provide a positive and encouraging experience for our customers and candidates.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to be resourceful: Use your problem-solving skills to identify and resolve customer issues, and provide recommendations for process improvements.
  • Experience with Salesforce or another CRM preferred: Use your experience with CRM systems to provide a positive and encouraging experience for our customers and candidates.
  • Flexible schedule: Work from the comfort of your own home, with flexible scheduling to suit your needs.
