Position Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative - Healthcare Operations, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to external producers/agents, processing Medicare contracts, appointments, and verification of certification. You will also supplement the background check review and documentation process as needed. This is a remote position that offers an immediate start for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to external producers/agents, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Process Medicare contracts, appointments, and verification of certification for external producers/agents to be eligible to market Medicare plans
  • Supplement the background check review and documentation process as needed
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and productivity standards

Essential Qualifications

* High School diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent experience

  • Experience in a production environment, preferably in a customer service role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize and be compassionate with customers
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
  • Proficiency in data entry and processing, with attention to detail and accuracy

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a call center or retail location, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service

  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in multiple languages
  • Experience with Medicare contracts, appointments, and verification of certification
  • Familiarity with background check review and documentation processes
