Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Initiating conversations with customers, discussing their plans, and suggesting products that meet their needs
• Providing customer service that exceeds expectations, resolving issues, and addressing customer concerns
• Maintaining a clean and well-stocked sales environment, ensuring that customers can shop seamlessly
• Utilizing teamwork with management and colleagues to achieve sales targets
• Processing customer transactions using our POS system
• Handling customer refunds and exchanges, following established guidelines and procedures
• Developing pricing labels and promotional displays, managing stocks, and showcasing products
• Demonstrating and validating compliance with company safety protocols
• Answering calls and taking messages, following company guidelines
• Assisting in any department of the store, as needed
• Achieving excellence in a fast-paced environment with precision

Minimum Eligibility Requirements

To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following minimum eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Possess basic math skills and a prior track record of customer support
• Be able to multitask efficiently and deliver excellent results in stressful situations
• Have a valid forklift certification (if required for specific job positions)
• Pass a state-mandated drug test (if required for heavy equipment operation)

Physical/Sensory Requirements

As a Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you'll need to be able to:

• Exert force ranging from 30 to 60 pounds occasionally or 20 to 30 pounds frequently to transport or manipulate objects
• Manipulate and feel objects using your hands and fingers
