The Role
As a Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to connect with customers, understand their needs, and provide effective resolutions to their questions, issues, and concerns. You'll be the eyes and ears of our team, fielding customer inquiries through various channels including phone, email, chat, and social media. Your exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, will enable you to build strong relationships with customers and provide personalized support.
Key Responsibilities
* Connect with customers via phone/email/chat/social media to resolve their questions or concerns
- Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues
- Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate
- Respond to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments
- Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
- Provide feedback on call issues
- Upsell if required
Requirements
* High School Diploma or equivalent
- 18 years of age or older
- Proven call center experience
- Typing speed of 25 WPM or more
- Proficient in PC operation and navigation
- Entry-level network troubleshooting skills
- Ability to set up home Wi-Fi network
- Ability to set up and configure a router or switch
- Core proficiency with a laptop or desktop computer
- Able to work independently
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Ability to work in a constantly changing and fast-paced environment
- Ability to stay composed and objective under pressure
- Strong listening skills
Nice-to-Haves
* Banking experience
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role
- Familiarity with CRM software
- Knowledge of industry-specific software and tools
