What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you will be responsible for: - Assisting Members with Pharmacy Benefit Plans: Provide exceptional customer service to members, answering their questions and resolving their concerns related to pharmacy benefit plans. - Providing Information on Prescription Insurance: Offer accurate and timely information on prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions to ensure members have a seamless healthcare experience. - Receiving Necessary Training: Receive comprehensive training to handle client and member inquiries, ensuring you have the knowledge and skills to excel in your role. - Offering Solutions to Simplify Members' Healthcare Experience: Provide solutions to simplify members' healthcare experience, ensuring they have access to the information and resources they need to make informed decisions. - Learning More about Healthcare: Develop a deeper understanding of healthcare and open doors to additional opportunities within the company.

What is Required (Qualifications)

To be successful in this role, you will need: - 1 Year Experience Interacting with Customers: Proven experience interacting with customers, providing exceptional customer service, and resolving their concerns. - Computer Proficiency in Windows-based Applications: Proficiency in Windows-based applications, including Microsoft Office and other relevant software. - High School Diploma or Equivalent Experience: A high school diploma or equivalent experience is preferred, but not required. - Ability to Problem Solve in a Positive, Productive Manner: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues in a positive and productive manner. - Strong Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism.
