Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service and support. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions
• Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide solutions
• Maintaining accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Participating in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Essential Functions

* Meet with clients to install and uninstall electronic home monitoring equipment, providing proper documentation and reviewing program rules and guidelines

• Monitor client compliance and adherence to program guidelines, addressing alerts and notifications as needed
• Create appointments and schedules for regular client office visits, administering drug and alcohol testing as required
• Check equipment for proper functioning, maintain accurate inventory, and request new equipment as needed
• Update physical and electronic files, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy
• Work with court officials to write and update client reports, testifying in court as required
• Collect supervision payments from clients, providing receipts and completing daily deposits

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

* High School diploma, GED certification, or equivalent required

• Six (6) months of experience in community corrections, electronic monitoring, corrections, probation, or local courts preferred
• Knowledge of the state judicial system preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, and Excel) preferred
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, strong attention to detail, and high level of organizational skills required
• Ability to complete pre-service and other training programs as required
• Valid driver's license required
