The Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences to our health care providers. You'll be the first point of contact for many of our customers, and your ability to listen skillfully, collect relevant information, and respond to customers in a compassionate manner will be essential to building strong relationships and resolving issues efficiently. You'll work closely with our team to identify and resolve issues on the first call, navigating through complex computer systems to provide accurate and timely responses.

Responsibilities

* Answer incoming phone calls from health care providers and identify the type of assistance they need

  • Focus on resolving issues on the first call, navigating through complex computer systems to identify the status of the issue and provide an appropriate response
  • Deliver information and answer questions in a positive manner to facilitate strong relationships with providers and their staff
  • Complete the documentation necessary to track provider issues and facilitate the reporting of overall trends
  • Interact with providers with the intent to develop a relationship with them, while managing a high volume of calls and developing knowledge of various products and benefits

Requirements

* High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must live within 30 miles of Las Vegas, NV
  • Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications, including the ability to navigate and learn new and complex computer system applications
  • Demonstrated ability to listen skillfully, collect relevant information, build rapport, and respond to customers in a compassionate manner
  • Skilled in problem-solving to quickly assess the current state and formulate recommendations
  • Ability to work any 8-hour shift between the hours of 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM from Monday - Friday

Nice-to-Haves

* 1+ year of experience in a related environment (i.e., office, administrative, clerical, customer service, etc.) using phones and computers as the primary job tools

  • Prior health care experience
