What You'll Do
As a Customer Service Representative / Inbound Agent, you will be the front-line for solving clients' challenges, including issue resolution, answering questions, and providing training on arenaflex technology. Your primary goal is to help clients who have between 1-49 employees, and you'll work closely with multiple business units and teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner
- Troubleshoot and resolve payroll issues, working closely with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions
- Partner with clients to train their users on arenaflex technology, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to get the most out of our solutions
- Continuously upgrade your knowledge and skills on payroll, including federal and state compliance, standard operating procedures, administrative practices, and other products and tools
- Adhere to a daily schedule and organize yourself to deal with a high volume of inbound calls, working efficiently and effectively to meet client needs
- Collaborate with team members to share knowledge, best practices, and ideas, driving continuous improvement and excellence in customer service
To Succeed in This Role
* At least one year of experience in a customer service environment or as an HR/HRIS practitioner with systems experience
- Ability to work overtime hours during peak seasons, such as the close of the year
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
- Proficiency in both English and Spanish is a plus, but not required
- Ability to work in a metrics-driven call center environment, with a focus on client satisfaction and service excellence
