Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through proactive communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building. You'll work closely with our clients to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and ensure their satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and prioritize each customer in your portfolio, ensuring timely and effective issue resolution

Essential Qualifications

  • Must be a US or Canadian citizen
  • Proven ability to work as a productive team member, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated team player with proficiency in multi-tasking and ability to form and grow solid relationships with client accounts
  • Proficient with computers and Zoom (preferred but not required)
