Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients in a client-facing environment

  • Provide travel, card, attendant, and lifestyle services to clients

Essential Qualifications

* Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a premium client-facing environment

  • Aircraft, lounge, or travel industry experience is a plus, including reservation experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
  • Ability to listen actively and provide tailored solutions to meet client needs
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities
