As a Customer Service Consultant at arenaflex, you'll be the vital link between our customers and their car buying journey. You'll respond to sales leads and customer inquiries, guiding them every step of the way from online sales or appraisal to arranging finance applications and scheduling vehicle delivery. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction, you'll ensure a seamless transition from online to in-store purchasing, providing an unrivaled customer service experience that sets arenaflex apart from the competition.
What You'll Do
As a Customer Service Consultant, your essential responsibilities will include:
* Connecting with inbound customers online and over the phone to understand their needs and preferences
* Using your knowledge of arenaflex's inventory to guide customers towards vehicles that meet their needs
* Guiding customers every step of the way, from online sales or appraisal to arranging finance applications and scheduling vehicle delivery
* Ensuring a seamless transition from online to in-store purchasing to provide an unrivaled customer service experience
* Mentoring others as your skillset expands
* Achieving sales targets while providing an iconic customer experience
* Acquiring the Automotive Sales Persons License in specific states (may require testing and travel as some states request physical presence to apply for the license)

As a Customer Service Consultant, you'll receive an hourly rate, and after your training, you'll have the opportunity to earn a performance-based sales incentive in addition to your hourly rate. Qualifications and Requirements
To succeed as a Customer Service Consultant at arenaflex, you'll need:
* Sales and customer service experience, preferably in retail
* The ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
* Good listening skills and a strong customer focus
* A high level of self-motivation to achieve performance goals
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* The ability to learn and master new technologies; strong computer skills
* Open availability for shifts that may include nights, weekends, and holidays
* The ability to shift schedules two times per year according to the needs of the business
* A hybrid role with a requirement for working on site one day per week
* The ability to meet minimum technology requirements (type of internet service and speed of internet service)
* Candidates must live within 60 miles or 1 hour of the Customer Experience Center (CEC) location
