The Role
As a Part-Time Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and live chat. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling routine enquiries, resolving issues, and upselling our services. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our customers receive a seamless and personalized experience, building trust and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide patient-friendly first-line assistance to customers via phone, email, and live chat
- Handle routine enquiries, including policy cover, changes to customer details, and payment queries
- Upskill to support other operational areas with various customer queries
- Participate in an in-depth induction and training program to become a technical expert in answering customer queries
- Work within a busy and challenging environment, requiring patience, consistency, and a high level of resilience
What We Look For:
* Previous experience providing customer service via phone is essential
- Experience working within a targeted environment would be an advantage
- Empathy, professionalism, and a high level of resilience are required to support customers in challenging situations

- Ability to work from home with a quiet space and good internet connection
