Job Summary
As a Customer Service Advisor at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for handling inbound calls from customers requiring appointments following a referral. This will include booking, re-scheduling, and cancelling appointments on our booking system. We're looking for individuals who possess excellent communication skills, a high regard for efficiency and accuracy, and a polite and professional telephone manner.

Essential Qualifications
