Job Summary
As a Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving complex issues, and providing quality service that differentiates us from the competition. Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries via telephone and email in a professional and pleasant manner
- Utilize technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills to resolve complex customer issues
- Provide quality service that differentiates arenaflex from the competition and drives customer retention and acquisition
- Mentor and train new Customer Care representatives to ensure a smooth onboarding process
- Identify opportunities to introduce arenaflex products and services to existing and potential customers
- Collaborate with the team to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required
- Less than 2 years of experience in customer service, banking, retail, food service, insurance, telemarketing/sales
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications
* Bilingual English/Spanish language skills
- Experience in a call center or customer-facing role
- Knowledge of banking and financial products and services
- Certification in customer service or a related field

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
* Competitive salary range: $17.00 - $23.71 per hour
