Job Summary

As a Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving complex issues, and providing quality service that differentiates us from the competition. You will work closely with our team to identify opportunities to introduce arenaflex products and services to existing and potential customers. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via telephone and email in a professional and pleasant manner

  • Utilize technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills to resolve complex customer issues
  • Provide quality service that differentiates arenaflex from the competition and drives customer retention and acquisition
  • Mentor and train new Customer Care representatives to ensure a smooth onboarding process
  • Identify opportunities to introduce arenaflex products and services to existing and potential customers
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Less than 2 years of experience in customer service, banking, retail, food service, insurance, telemarketing/sales
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications

* Bilingual English/Spanish language skills

  • Experience in a call center or customer-facing role
  • Knowledge of banking and financial products and services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

* Competitive salary range: $17.00 - $23.71 per hour
