Job Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Handling both incoming and outgoing calls in a contact center environment
- Demonstrating exceptional customer service skills and a high level of empathy while interacting with customers, representatives, and management
- Building strong relationships with customers through active listening and effective communication
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, including correspondence and transactions, in our database or shared systems as required
- Proficiency in working multiple software applications and tools, including MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes and procedures
- Effective communication of Auto Projects, including Advancements and Special Offers, to customers
- Leading phases of preparation to sales teams on promotions and special offers
- Leading post-purchase reviews with customers
- Adhering to all established policies, procedures, and strategies
- May be required to work in a contact center channel
- Other duties as assigned
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Ability to type at least 35 wpm

- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:
- Previous customer service experience in a contact center environment
- Experience working with CRM software and other customer relationship management tools
- Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and practices
- Certification in customer service or a related field
- Bilingual or multilingual skills
