Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Assisting AEP customers with service-related questions, billing inquiries, and resolving power outage issues.
  • Providing exceptional, friendly support over the phone—no sales required.
  • Collaborating with your teammates to ensure every customer gets the help they need.
  • Thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where every day brings new challenges and rewards.

Education and Experience:

The ideal candidate for this role:

  • Has at least 2 years of experience in customer service and is ready to apply their skills in a new and exciting way.
  • Thrives in a remote work setting with a stable work history, and is passionate about providing outstanding service.
  • Previous experience in positions such as using a computer full-time, Customer Service Representative (CSR), Call Center, Call Center Representative, or similar roles is preferred.
  • Holds a high school diploma or GED and is authorized to work in the United States.
  • Can be flexible for occasional mandatory overtime, especially during outages—because our customers count on us when it matters most.
