Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and their customers through inbound and outbound calls, emails, chats, and text communications. You'll work closely with our clients to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide clear and concise information to help them navigate their educational obligations. With a focus on productivity, efficiency, and customer satisfaction, you'll be an integral part of our team and contribute to the success of our clients and their customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide best-in-class customer service to clients and their customers through inbound and outbound calls, emails, chats, and text communications
- Meet or exceed productivity and efficiency standards for outbound and inbound calls
- Utilize CRM system to track customer interactions, resolve issues, and follow up on customer inquiries
- Adhere to policies and procedures regarding escalations, customer complaints, and issue resolution
- Update customer records with accurate demographic and contact information
- Comprehend and share training material on various topics to stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices
- Adhere to federal and state laws governing the industry, as well as client Statement of Work standards and company guidelines and policies
- Attain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and monthly performance goals

Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1 year of customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment

Work Schedule
