Position Overview
We're currently seeking a Remote Data Entry Specialist to join our team and support our operational excellence. In this role, you'll be responsible for accurately entering and maintaining crucial data that supports our mission. You'll work closely with our Operations and Analytics Support team to ensure that our data is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately entering and maintaining crucial data that supports our operational excellence
- Collaborating with our Operations and Analytics Support team to ensure that our data is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible
- Analyzing data to identify trends and patterns that can inform business decisions
- Developing and implementing data-driven solutions to improve our operational efficiency
- Providing excellent customer service and support to our internal stakeholders
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data entry and analytics
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Experience with data entry and analytics tools, such as SQL, Python, and Tableau
- Strong business acumen, analytical, logical, and critical thinking skills, and the ability to manage complex processes with cross-functional teams
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to create succinct, relevant, and decisively determined reports and presentations for senior leaders
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Ability to influence without authority and work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with MS Office is required
- Strong commitment to the safety and security of self, others, and individual data
- Ability to work effectively in a diverse and inclusive environment
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working in a similar role in the airline or travel industry
- Knowledge of industry-specific software and systems
- Certification in data analysis or a related field
