About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality data entry services, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our operations. Your primary focus will be on coordinating and supporting our Fleet standard programs, including DCLC (Delta Captain Leadership Path) and Pilot Indoctrination. You will also be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with our education development, media, analytics, and key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate and support Fleet standard programs, including DCLC and Pilot Indoctrination
- Coordinate and communicate monthly DCLC student roster and path updates with core trainer team
- Maintain strong relationships with education development, media, analytics, and key stakeholders
- Support all raise in classroom courseware and logistics for DCLC and Pilot management
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with Pilot in Command and second in Command responsibilities, roles, and responsibilities
- Expectancies for professionalism, leadership, decision making, team resource, and risk and error control
- Customer company policies, procedures, and available resources
- Be an excellent communicator and listener
- Present an organized briefing and lead large, interactive discussions
- Logistical control of classroom and education assets (MS PowerPoint, digital documents/manuals, whiteboards, handouts, etc.)
- Be an excellent listener and inclined to solicit feedback from attendees and others for on route reviews
- Prioritize safety and security of self, others, and personal data
- Embrace a diverse set of people, questioning, and styles
- Possess a high school degree, GED, or high school equivalency
- Be at least 18 years of age and have authorization to work in the United States
- Airline shipping Pilot certificates with plane Multiengine Land class
- Must have served as a pilot at a 14 CFR part 121 certified Air carrier
- Should have accumulated at least 2,000 hours as Pilot in Command at a 14 CFR part 121 certified Air service
- Candidates must apply no later than 24 months after retiring from a 14 CFR part 121 certified Air carrier (Exceptions can be considered)
- Be conversant in the technology required for the position, including but not limited to:
+ Use of Apple iPad tablet + Conversant in the technology required to access company information, email, schedules, and conferences + Conversant in the use of MS PowerPoint
