The Role

As a Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through live chat on our website and social media platforms. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, and your role will be to resolve their queries, address their concerns, and provide them with a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer support through live chat on our website and social media platforms

  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a fair and efficient manner
  • Provide product information and answer questions about our services
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends

What You'll Need:

* A strong customer service background, with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a live chat or customer support role

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong product knowledge and understanding of customer needs
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Reliable internet connection and a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop)
  • Availability of 10+ hours per week

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Experience with social media platforms and live chat tools
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Fluency in multiple languages
