Job Summary

As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers. Your role will involve assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products and services. Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer emails, manage live chat interactions, and make outbound calls as needed

Essential Qualifications:
