Key Responsibilities
* Provide first-class customer service via live chat on businesses' websites and social media accounts

- Utilize provided steps and instructions to effectively resolve customer concerns
- Work independently, managing multiple conversations simultaneously

Essential Qualifications
* 10+ hours of availability per week to work as a Remote Live Chat Support Agent
