Job Responsibilities
As a German Speaking Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support. Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling customer inquiries on various marketplaces using our ticket system
- Answering customer phone calls in a professional and friendly manner
- Processing customer complaints, returns, and disputes efficiently and effectively
- Managing returns and ensuring timely resolution of issues
- Working efficiently and solution-oriented to maintain high customer satisfaction
- Demonstrating intercultural understanding to effectively address and resolve problems for our predominantly German customers
Requirements
