Position Overview

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our remote team as a Virtual Team Leader. As a key member of our customer service crew, you'll be responsible for delivering top-notch support to our clients and leading a team of remote customer service representatives. You'll have the opportunity to work from anywhere, at any time, and collaborate with our leadership team to drive success.

Key Responsibilities

As a Virtual Team Leader, you'll be responsible for:

  • Leading our remote customer service crew to deliver exceptional support and keep our clients happy
  • Utilizing virtual tools to manage and support your team, regardless of their location
  • Soaking up knowledge from our leadership team and learning the ropes to develop your skills
  • Contributing fresh ideas to help our customer service game level up and run smoother than ever
  • Delivering A+ service and building solid relationships with our clients at all times
