Experienced Full Stack Digital Marketing Specialist – Facebook & Google Ads Management, Customer Support, and General Virtual Assistant to CEO

As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for overseeing and helping manage multiple projects, performing tasks, and coordinating tasks of others with a particular focus on Facebook Ads. This will include communicating directly with clients through our Basecamp project management system, as well as providing exceptional customer support and general virtual assistance to our CEO. Key Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Managing multiple projects and performing tasks with a focus on Facebook Ads
• Communicating directly with clients through our Basecamp project management system
• Providing exceptional customer support and general virtual assistance to our CEO
• Coordinating tasks of others and ensuring seamless project execution
• Developing and implementing effective Facebook Ads strategies
• Setting up and optimizing Google Ads campaigns
• Responding to customer queries via Basecamp across all projects
• Creating engaging graphics using Canva or similar platforms
• Assisting with general admin tasks as required

Essential Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Excellent written English skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
• Proven experience with Facebook Ads, including campaign setup and strategy development
• Experience with Google Ads, including campaign setup and optimization (Google Certification is a plus)
• Proven track record of managing English-speaking clients or employers
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and ask for help when needed
• Fast computer and high-speed internet with reliable power
• Graphic design skills using Canva or similar platforms
• Ability to work autonomously and be self-directed

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:

• Experience with video editing, copywriting, website creation, social media management, online lead generation, and follow-up
• Knowledge of or experience with product research
• Familiarity with Basecamp project management system
• Experience with Hubstaff time tracking software

Percentage Breakdown of Tasks

As a Full Stack Digital Marketing Specialist, you can expect to spend approximately:

• 45% of your time on Facebook Ads setup and strategy
• 10% of your time on Google Ads setup and optimization
• 10% of your time responding to customer queries via Basecamp
• 10% of your time on graphic design
• 10% of your time on general admin tasks
• 5% of your time on report preparation
• 5% of your time on SEO blog proofreading and editing
• 5% of your time on lead generation and follow-up
