Experienced Full Stack Data Analyst – Performance Analytics and Forecasting for arenaflex

Look no further! We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our Consumer Insight, Measurement & Analytics (CIMA) team, part of arenaflex Parks, Experiences and Products. As a Performance Analyst, you'll play a critical role in leveraging data analytics to inform business decisions, drive guest satisfaction, and optimize commercial outcomes.

Job Responsibilities

As a Performance Analyst, you'll be responsible for:

• Conducting forecasting, advert hoc modeling, and deep-dive analysis to inform business decisions
• Monitoring agent performance, identifying areas for improvement, and developing personalized analyses from start to finish
• Building dashboards and visualizations to tell compelling stories with data
• Presenting and discussing findings, insights, and recommendations to Senior Leadership and business partners
• Creating, maintaining, auditing, and optimizing reports and documents used to support various business programs
• Executing programs critical to business operations under strict timelines

Measurement and Analytics

You'll leverage multiple reporting tools and databases (Tableau, Snowflake, Hadoop, Dataiku, Excel, etc.) to conduct analyses and build/maintain reports. You'll also:

• Monitor data quality and accuracy, and improve as needed
• Collaborate with team members, leaders, and business partners to answer business questions with sound quantitative analyses and reproducible results
• Apply progressive analytic techniques to test hypotheses and extract actionable insights
• Stay up-to-date with the latest data technology trends and share knowledge and best practices with team members

We're Looking for Someone with:

* A Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of quantitative, non-internship experience in an analytical role

• Familiarity with forecasting, including conventional statistical techniques and/or machine learning or deep learning techniques
• A proactive interest in understanding the "Why" behind performance, decisions, etc.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through on tasks and complete projects on time
• Effective communication skills (verbal, written, and visual)
• A desire to excel in a fast-paced, complex, and ambiguous business environment
• Experience with SQL and R or Python

Nice-to-Haves:

* Solid knowledge of statistical inference and proven experience in applying statistical rigor to analyses

• Knowledge of data visualization best practices and experience with data visualization tools, including Tableau or Power BI
• Excellent SQL skills and fluency in R or Python
• Ability to quickly adapt and learn new tools and skills
• Ability to maintain and develop relationships with partners/clients/team members
• Graduate degree and/or 4+ years of relevant experience in analytics or data science
