The Role

As a Digital Savings Operations Live Chat Casual Worker, you will be the first point of contact for clients and prospects, providing exceptional customer service through our Live Chat functionality. You will work closely with the team to tailor and enhance our products, resources, and services to deliver a first-class client experience. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Live Chat agent: responding to client inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support during the onboarding journey
  • Identifying clients in vulnerable situations and developing strategies to support them
  • Proactively spotting patterns in client frustrations or needs, identifying areas for process improvement, and implementing changes to enhance the client experience
  • Logging client complaints and ensuring fair treatment and resolution
  • Collaborating with the team to develop and implement new processes, tools, and products to improve client satisfaction

Key Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with clients and resolve issues effectively
  • Regulatory knowledge and compliance expertise, with a focus on treating clients fairly and identifying business risks
  • Experience in a Live Chat/Customer Service role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Self-motivation, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong listening skills and the ability to work well under pressure
  • A passion for delivering a first-class client experience and a desire to learn and grow

Working Arrangements

As a remote worker, you will be required to work from home in the UK, in a safe, private, and distraction-free environment. You will need a solid internet connection (download speed: 10mbps; upload speed: 3mbps) and a reliable device to access our Live Chat functionality.
