Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Associate – Last-Mile Delivery Support, your primary responsibilities will include: - Communicating with customers directly in-person, via phone, and via email to resolve issues and provide support - Empathizing with and prioritizing customer needs to ensure exceptional customer experiences - Upholding company values and respecting every customer interaction - Resolving issues and setting appropriate expectations with customers in a timely and professional manner - Clearly understanding and responding appropriately to customer concerns and issues - Consistently composing grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written responses to customer issues - Approaching problems logically and with good judgment to ensure the best possible customer outcome - Making quick and effective decisions on behalf of the customer - Working a flexible Full-Time (40+ hours per week) schedule
Physical Demands
As a Customer Service Associate – Last-Mile Delivery Support, you'll be based at one of our last-mile delivery warehouses, where you'll be required to: - Carry, lift, push, and pull up to 49 pounds - Frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach - Stand and walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours - Work in an environment where the noise level varies and can be loud (hearing protection will be provided) - Work in an environment where the temperature may vary due to outside weather conditions and is not controlled
A Day in the Life
As a Customer Service Associate – Last-Mile Delivery Support, you'll be at the heart of arenaflex's logistics operations, working closely with warehouse teams, delivery partners, and customers to ensure seamless package delivery. You'll be responsible for: - Informing delivery partners of customer rescheduling requests - Resolving delivery issues in real-time to ensure customer satisfaction - Developing logistical and customer expertise that sets arenaflex apart - Connecting with customers every day to provide expert insights and support
