Key Responsibilities
As a Full Stack Data Entry Assistant – Remote Operations, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of data entry processes, including receiving, tracking, and general administration
- Maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail in managing trailer inventories and data entry into shared files
- Providing exceptional support in printing and creating outbound manifests and hazardous waste labels
- Performing general clerical duties, such as filing, typing, and administrative tasks as required by supervisors
- Maintaining a safe working environment that complies with all applicable OSHA regulations and company Health & Safety and Compliance protocols
- Collaborating with the team to achieve operational excellence and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- At least 6 months of experience in an administrative role
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Excel, MS Word, and Outlook
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications will be advantageous:
- Previous customer service experience
- DOT Training/Knowledge
- Experience with logistics and maintenance
- Microsoft Excel experience (1 year or more)
