Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction with our health care services. Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and efficient manner

  • Resolve customer issues in a professional and empathetic manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Provide information about products and services, including health care plans, pharmacy services, and other related offerings
  • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests in a accurate and efficient manner
  • Maintain customer records by updating account information, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction
  • Achieve performance targets and adhere to quality standards, ensuring exceptional customer service and experience

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent (required)

  • At least one year of customer service experience (required)
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written (required)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to navigate multiple computer systems (required)
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment (required)
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and creatively (required)
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace (required)

Preferred Qualifications

* Associate or Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred)

  • Experience in the health care industry (preferred)
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills (preferred)
