Experienced Customer Service Supervisor – Remote Leadership Role at arenaflex

Job Summary:
As a Customer Service Supervisor at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, leading our team of customer service representatives and ensuring that every guest has an unforgettable experience. You'll work closely with our General Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, empower employees to take ownership of their roles, and maintain a healthy and safe work environment. Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure all guests are cared for in compliance with arenaflex's company goals and values
- Maintain a strong resort culture by following arenaflex's Mission and Values
- Ensure a healthy and safe work environment for all employees
- Empower employees to take responsibility for their roles and goals; delegate tasks and expect accountability and feedback
- Follow all operational procedures as outlined in the arenaflex Operations Manual
- Be knowledgeable of all basic functions of the point-of-sale system
- Open the building in the morning and ensure its security at closing when necessary
- Feed/medicate dogs when necessary
- Oversee all cleaning and disinfecting procedures
- Be capable of performing any job requirement of any staff member except the owner/General Manager
Qualifications:
* Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience in pet boarding, luxury hospitality, or high-end retail
- Outstanding interpersonal relationship-building and employee coaching and development skills
- Ability to remain calm under highly stressful and unexpected situations
- Dependable and responsible
- Effective communication skills with all types of people; ability to mediate and problem-solve
