Your Role
As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in meeting our sales goals by promoting our products, building rapport with clients, and providing customized financial solutions that meet their needs and financial goals. Your responsibilities will include:
- Meeting company sales goals by promoting our products and services to clients
- Customizing financial solutions that meet clients' needs and financial goals
- Appropriately applying all available collection procedures and payment alternatives to minimize delinquency and credit losses
- Providing exceptional customer service, resolving grievances, and ensuring client satisfaction
- Collaborating with internal teams to achieve sales and customer service objectives
General Requirements (Our Ideal Candidate)
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in sales, collections, or financial services
- Strong phone presence and experience dialing multiple calls per day
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) language proficiency
- Numeric data skills and accuracy with computer (typing speed of 40 wpm minimum)
- Self-motivation and a strong desire for professional growth
- Openness to receiving constant feedback and willingness to become an expert on credit business
- High School diploma or College degree (preferred)
