Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to arenaflex customers via phone, email, and chat. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or university education an asset

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
