Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric Customer Service Associate to join our team at Amazon Locker+. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with the retrieval and return of packages, processing returns, and preparing for delivery. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace, managing responsibilities for a Locker+ location, and using technology to sort, scan, and prepare orders.

Key Responsibilities

* Receive, pick, and stow customer orders, process returns, and prepare for delivery

• Assist customers with inquiries and provide support
• Work through problem-solving scenarios for customers
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
• Manage responsibilities for a Locker+ location, including opening and closing site
• Use technology to sort, scan, and prepare orders
• Receive truck deliveries

* Minimum age of 18 with fluency in English
