Job Overview
As a Customer Care Intern, you'll play a vital role in providing top-notch support to our customers, resolving complex issues, and driving customer satisfaction. This is a 6-month trainee program with the potential for a permanent position, offering a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package. You'll work in a fully remote environment, with a flexible schedule and the opportunity to work with a diverse team of bright and motivated individuals.
Responsibilities
As a Customer Care Intern, your key responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate manner, via phone, email, or chat
- Identifying customer needs and helping customers use specific features
- Updating our internal databases/CRM with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers
- Monitoring customer complaints on social media and reaching out to provide assistance
- Sharing feature requests and effective workarounds with team members
- Gathering customer feedback and sharing with our Product, Sales, and Marketing teams
- Assisting in training junior Customer Support Representatives
- Updating CRM (Change current course to completed modules)
- Handling complicated queries that are not resolved by the first contact person
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Recent graduates with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Familiarity with our industry is a plus
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Multi-tasking abilities
- Patience when handling tough cases
