Key Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Chat Support Representative with arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

Customer Interaction:

Documentation:

Team Collaboration:

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

Education and Experience:

+ High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in customer service or related fields is a plus. + Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or support role, preferably in a chat support environment.
