Job Summary

arenaflex is seeking an experienced Calibration Center Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing quality service, and driving sales growth. Key Responsibilities

  • Handle phone and email inquiries from customers regarding price quotes, calibration scheduling, and post-calibration billing.
  • Provide quality customer service through call center functions, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer issues.
  • Maintain constant communication with customers to establish and build strong relationships.
  • Stay knowledgeable on all aspects of product inventory, including data entry, cancellations, credits, invoicing, and customer service inquiries.
  • Generate sales and buys from online leads, leveraging your skills to drive business growth.
  • Stay up-to-date on different types of ADAS systems and calibrations, ensuring you can provide expert guidance to customers.
  • Assume other duties as assigned by management, demonstrating your flexibility and adaptability.

Education & Experience

arenaflex requires a high school degree or equivalent for this role. However, we encourage candidates with a higher level of education, such as a college degree, to apply.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Call Center Customer Service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service.
  • Bilingual, with proficiency in English and Spanish.
  • 2+ years of college, demonstrating a strong foundation in customer service and communication.
