Responsibilities
As a Bookkeeping Software Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Providing expert guidance and support to customers on bookkeeping and accounting software, including QuickBooks Online and comparable accounting software
- Resolving complex issues and troubleshooting problems related to accounting software processes, ledger entry, navigation, and other technical concerns
- Demonstrating a strong understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles, including AR, AP, journal entries, reconciliation, and other key concepts
- Delivering exceptional customer service over the phone, via email, or through other digital channels
- Cross-selling relevant products and services to customers while addressing their concerns
- Taking ownership of customer issues and providing confident resolution
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends, software updates, and best practices in bookkeeping and accounting

Earnings Potential
* Earn up to $20.40 per hour
- Contractors are guaranteed a minimum of 45 minutes for each hour if available for the full 60 minutes
Schedule
* Flexible schedule opportunities: Create your own schedule and work at times that suit you best
- Schedule available hours between 8 am and 8 pm CST, Monday - Friday
Skills and Qualifications
* Proficiency in QuickBooks Online or comparable accounting software
- Bookkeeping/accounting expertise, including AR, AP, journal entries, reconciliation, and other key concepts
- Customer service experience and demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality customer service over the phone in a virtual or "brick and mortar" call center environment
- Comfort with cross-selling relevant products while addressing customer concerns
- Strong ownership of customer issues in order to take control of the situation and provide confident resolution
- Tech savvy and avid computer user
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Work Environment Requirements

Technology Requirements
* Personal computer (no tablet)
- Broadband internet connection, at least 10 Mbps download speed
- Wired internet connection (no wi-fi or mobile internet)
- Windows 10 or Windows 11 operating system
- Valid antivirus software installed, running, and up-to-date
- Wired USB headset with microphone
- Mac users: Mac acceptance is limited to Intel-based machines with Windows 11 installed via Apple's Boot Camp utility
- No VPN; computers may not connect to internet services through a private VPN during arenaflex working time
Important Information
* This position requires a contractual relationship with arenaflex, and you will remain an independent contractor for the duration of this program assignment
- You must live and work from the United States, except CA, NY, PA, WA
- Contractors must successfully pass a criminal background check
