Key Responsibilities

As a Web Chat Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Managing a diverse range of customer inquiries through online chat channels, ensuring timely and accurate responses to their queries.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service, providing detailed information about our products and services, and assisting customers in scheduling appointments based on their needs.
  • Continuously developing and maintaining an up-to-date knowledge base of our evolving offerings, staying ahead of the curve in the automotive and recreational vehicle sectors.
  • Capturing and recording customer contact information for lead generation and follow-up, ensuring seamless communication with our clients.
