Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Science Director to lead our Global Data Strategy group within the Risk Finance organization. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing centralized reporting capabilities, process enhancements, and automation to drive business growth and success. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and develop data-driven solutions that inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead the strategic evaluation of arenaflex credit metrics, credit provision, and reserve for Senior Management in Risk and Finance

• Own precise information assets/packages within Risk Finance, and become a subject matter expert of the applicable tools (troubleshoot issues, reconcile results, identify enhancements and automation possibilities, and train other customers to drive adoption)
• Develop and maintain preferred and ad-hoc reviews utilized by Risk Finance and/or business partners; provide credit-associated analytical support
• Develop and present key analyses and recommendations to Senior Management
• Build and maintain relationships throughout Risk Finance portfolio groups and with partners in Risk, Controllership, Tech, etc.
• Provide decision-aid with a strong emphasis on growing analytics that identify trends and opportunities within the portfolio which can be used to optimize Business and Risk decisions

Essential Qualifications

* Advanced experience working with a combination of the following is required: SQL/Hive, Power BI/Tableau, Python/R, VBA, TM1

• Experience working with a sophisticated level of Excel and PowerPoint required
• Experience in ML modeling is a plus
• Solid economic and analytical skills; ability to work with large units of data and draw significant conclusions, empowering our business partners to make smart, data-driven decisions
• Superior attention to detail, alongside exemplary organizational and problem-solving skills
• Must be results-driven and proactive with the ability to manage multiple tasks and work within tight timelines
• Desire to work on ambiguous tasks, growing clarity while achieving successful and significant outcomes
• A strong work-ethic and strong interpersonal skills, showcasing the ability to build and maintain relationships and successfully collaborate with team members to achieve goals
• Experience working with a sophisticated level of Excel and PowerPoint required
• Master's degree in advanced mathematics or statistical discipline required

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a financial services industry or related field

• Experience working with large datasets and developing data-driven solutions
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Experience with machine learning algorithms and models
• Experience with programming languages such as Python or R

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $55.00 to $85.00 hourly, plus bonus, equity (if relevant), and benefits. Our benefits package includes:
