Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing top-tier service to our customers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. You will be part of a dynamic and diverse team that is committed to meeting and exceeding customer expectations. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, chat, and email

  • Assist customers with product-related questions and concerns, providing accurate and helpful information
  • Process returns, refunds, and exchanges as necessary, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our customers
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and team members
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a customer-first mindset and a focus on delivering exceptional service
  • Proficiency in using computers and navigating multiple software applications, including CRM systems and customer support platforms
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus, but not required; all training will be provided to ensure your success in this role
