Key Responsibilities
As a Full-Time Data Entry Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Inventory Management: Accurately manage and update inventory levels for our brick-and-mortar and online stores, ensuring that products are available for customers to purchase.
- Data Entry: Enter purchase orders into our Point of Sale (POS) system, Lightspeed, and edit inventory on Shopify for our website.
- Order Fulfillment: Process and fulfill orders efficiently, ensuring that customers receive their products on time and in good condition.
- Data Analysis: Analyze sales data and inventory levels to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Inventory Control: Monitor and control inventory levels, identifying and addressing any discrepancies or issues.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Shopify Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience working with Shopify, with a strong understanding of its features and functionality.
- Data Entry Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a data entry role, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- E-commerce Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in e-commerce, with a strong understanding of online shopping platforms and customer behavior.
- Lightspeed Experience: Experience working with Lightspeed is a plus, but not required.
- Analytical Mind: A strong analytical mind with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Communication and Leadership Skills: Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Interpersonal and Project Management Skills: Excellent interpersonal and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of $18.00 - $20.00 per hour, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer:
