Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our E-Commerce Analytics team. As a Senior Analyst, you will play a critical role in helping us optimize our e-commerce platforms and make data-driven decisions to drive business growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Revenue Analytics, Marketing, Ancillaries, and IT, to provide timely and accurate insights and ensure that our e-commerce systems are running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

* Translate data into actionable insights to drive business growth across e-commerce, acquisition, and retention

• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and other visualizations to communicate complex data insights to stakeholders
• Leverage multiple reporting tools and syndicated intelligence to identify trends and competitive happenings
• Conduct ad-hoc projects, reviews, and analyses as directed by senior management
• Present data insights to leaders and provide recommendations for business improvement
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular data acquisition, processing, cleaning, and auditing
• Partner with the Product group and IT to ensure business needs are met through well-maintained data architecture and mapping

Essential Functions

* 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce and digital analytics, with a proven track record of delivering value through data-driven decisions

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Business, or related field, or equivalent work experience
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Google Analytics Certifications a plus
• Previous experience in the travel industry a plus

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

* Deep knowledge of Google Analytics, GA4 preferred

• Experience with Google Tag Manager
• Experience with other reporting and errors evaluation tools, including Content Square, Dynatrace, and Noibu
• Excellent time management and organizational skills, with experience setting up processes in these areas for others
• Strong sense of personal responsibility concerning decision-making and stakeholder relationships
• Experience working in a high-level collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork mentality
• Ability to anticipate challenges and proactively head off obstacles
• Knowledge of coding and design best practices a plus
• Experience in Azure Dev Ops a plus
