Responsibilities

As a Data Entry and Administrative Assistant at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Gathering and collecting information from various sources, including employees, departments, and clients, to update our company's databases
  • Scanning through information to identify pertinent details and correcting errors to ensure accuracy
  • Organizing and storing hard copies of data in a manner that optimizes retrieval
  • Creating accurate spreadsheets and entering information into relevant databases
  • Ensuring data is backed up and secure
  • Informing relevant parties regarding errors encountered
  • Handling additional duties and responsibilities as needed

Key Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of experience in a relevant field, such as data entry, administration, or customer service
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees, departments, and clients
  • Ability to concentrate for lengthy periods and perform accurately with adequate speed
  • Proficient touch typing skills
  • Good command of English

Preferred Qualifications
