About the Team:
Our Customer Experience team is the heart of our business, and we're looking for talented individuals to join our ranks. As a Customer Experience Associate, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about delivering exceptional service and creating lasting relationships with our customers. You'll work closely with our team leaders to ensure that every customer interaction is a Cinderella Experience that personifies the arenaflex brand.
About the Job:
As a Remote Part-Time Customer Experience Associate, you'll be responsible for ensuring that all of our customers have an exceptional experience with arenaflex. This role requires a subject matter expert who can deliver empathetic, detail-oriented solutions to our customers. You'll be trained and positioned for optimal employee effectiveness, and you'll be expected to flex up or decrease your weekly hours when the business requires it (typically between 15-29 hours/week).
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver exceptional service and develop lasting relationships with customers via arenaflex channels for communication - live chat, phone, and email.
- Serve as a proud brand ambassador of arenaflex, constantly championing our core values to democratize fashion.
- Maintain knowledge of all arenaflex products, including fit, styles, and inventory.
- Assist customers in finding styles that meet their individual style and event needs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with the utmost care and respect by listening to their problems and offering creative resolutions.
- Deliver personalized service while meeting quality and productivity goals.
- Share customer feedback and information with other team members and leaders to continuously improve and evolve the customer experience.
- Contribute to an empathetic, positive, and energetic team culture.
Essential Qualifications:
* At least 2 years of experience working in a customer-focused environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to rebound quickly from difficult customer interactions
- Multitasking skills, with the ability to assist multiple customers at once while maintaining exceptional service
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to listen well and understand customer needs
- Strong integrity, with a commitment to upholding company values and policies
- Ability to work efficiently and hold yourself accountable to productivity metrics
- Dedication to providing a Cinderella Experience during each customer interaction
- Empathy and ability to see situations from the customer's perspective
Preferred Qualifications:
* Technical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Computer proficiency (G Suite, Google Chrome Browser, Slack, Zoom, etc)
- High-speed internet access provided by a cable or fiber provider with a minimum 10Mbps connection (arenaflex will provide laptop and headset)

- Saturday-Tuesday: 1pm-6pm EST
