Key Responsibilities
As an Online Customer Service Assistant, you'll be responsible for:

- Collaborating with our Processing Department team to ensure seamless communication and resolution
- Participating in our comprehensive training program to develop your skills and knowledge
- Working independently and as part of a remote team to achieve shared goals

Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A solid outgoing personality with remarkable interaction abilities and great work ethic
- Knowledge of home computers and at least an ordinary working level typing ability
- Outstanding time management and administrative abilities with a keen attention to detail
- Legitimate high-speed net access
- Full-time and part-time telemarketing position experience (not required but a plus)
