What You'll Be Doing

As a Night Shift Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing clear, friendly, and fast written responses to inbound customer inquiries during low-traffic overnight periods. Your primary goal will be to assist customers with product recommendations, delivery concerns, or payment questions, while also ensuring that all interactions are aligned with our brand tone and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to website and social platform live chat messages in a timely and professional manner

• Use provided scripts and guidelines to stay aligned with brand tone and messaging
• Identify urgent messages and flag for follow-up by daytime teams
• Log issues and summarize customer insights at the end of your shift
• Collaborate with daytime teams to resolve complex customer issues and escalate as needed
