Job Summary

As a Full Stack Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing multiple projects, performing tasks, and coordinating tasks of others with a particular focus on Facebook Ads. You will communicate directly with clients through our Basecamp project management system, provide exceptional customer support, and assist with various administrative tasks as needed. This is a unique opportunity to work on a wide range of digital marketing projects, develop your skills, and grow with a dynamic company.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage and optimize Facebook Ads campaigns, including setup, strategy, and reporting

• Set up and optimize Google Adword and Shopping campaigns, including keyword research and ad copywriting
• Provide exceptional customer support via Basecamp, responding to client queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Assist with graphic design tasks using Canva or similar platforms
• Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry, email management, and report preparation
• Collaborate with the CEO and other team members to achieve project goals and objectives
• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, best practices, and industry developments

Essential Requirements

* Based in the Philippines

• Excellent written English, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
• Facebook Ads experience, with knowledge of campaign setup, strategy, and optimization
• Google Ads experience, with knowledge of campaign setup, optimization, and reporting
• Proven experience working with an English-speaking employer or clients
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
• Willingness to help out with various administrative tasks, including data entry, email management, and report preparation
• Fast computer and high-speed internet with reliable power
• Graphic design skills using Canva or similar platforms

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with video editing, copywriting, website creation, social media management, online lead generation, and follow-up

• Knowledge of or experience with SEO blog writing and editing
• Google Certification in Google Ads
• Experience working with project management tools, such as Basecamp
• Familiarity with time tracking software, such as Hubstaff
