Job Overview
As an Entry-Level Live Chat Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries through live chat and email. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Responding to incoming chat requests and emails in a prompt and professional manner
- Deciphering information from requestors and delivering accurate and timely responses
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to resolve customer issues
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues

Essential Qualifications

Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g. customer service, communications) preferred
Experience:
0-2 years of customer service experience; experience in a live chat or email support role a plus
Skills:
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team; proficiency in following provided guidelines and instructions
Certifications:
Customer service certifications (e.g. Certified Customer Service Representative) a plus
